We are sure you'll feel "at home"! You can enter the apartments comfortably by means of a number code. So there is no handing over of keys.

After booking, you will receive an e-mail in which we will request a copy of your identity card (identity card/passport) - if necessary also from the accompanying person! The receipt of the documents is a prerequisite to send you the key (4-digit code) before your arrival!
The key code has a limited validity (arrival day from 2 p.m. - departure day until 10 a.m.) and is programmed in your name! This means that you can move into the apartment you have rented at any time during the booked period!
