The accommodation was renovated and modernized in 2017. It is located in a condominium on the 2nd floor. A small elevator is available to reach it. You will reach the accommodation with a 4-digit code, which will be sent to you by e-mail before your arrival.
The apartment Franz has a fully equipped kitchenette with accessories, a spacious shower, a double bed, TV and built-in Berker radio and air condition. A free-standing, modern bathtub awaits you as a highlight.
Remember that you must NOT SMOK in the apartment!

Towels, bed linen and toilet paper are provided.
Plus 2,20 EUR per person / per night at local tax will be charged.

Please note that in case of cancellation, modification or no-show the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
REGISTRATION: For registration required by law, we need an identity card/passport of all persons who will be staying with us. We need it after booking so we can send you the key code. Just send us a photo by e-mail or WhatsApp. Your contact details will be sent with your booking confirmation.
KEY/ACCESS: After you have booked your accommodation and sent us the required documents, you will receive a link to your personalized GuestApp. In this link you will find your key (4-digit code) that will take you to the apartment you have rented. This code has a limited validity (arrival day from 14:00 - departure day until 10:00) and is programmed in your name!
PARKING SPACE: as indicated in the description there are no parking spaces available. In the Digital Guestbook you will see free parking spaces in the immediate vicinity. However, it is NOT possible to book parking spaces.
BUYING: No security deposit will be required, but please note that you will be billed for breaches of house rules or damages.
